POS screen is intuitively designed with pictures, which is very simple for your waiters to select any item. By providing touch screen supports HDPOS smart reduces the time taken to initiate and process an order with easier category and item search, while supporting multiple payment modes like cash, card, cheque,  bank transfer, gift Card, Food Coupon, Advance amount, Approved Pending, and Store Credit. The items in pictorial view can also be aligned by default, name and by display index. You can process orders from phone or web and track the home delivery orders with more convenience. Addition of n number of tables is possible and you can also assign any table to any invoice.

You can manage your inventory and stock in detailed way and handle all items whether in stock, out of stock, and wastage. Stock reduction is based on many factors automatically and you can also change as per your need. All your raw materials, items and recipes are tracked properly. The barcode stickers can be created on your own and printed either on roll of stickers or sheet of sticker. The labeling feature provides you the better option to segregate the products having same item no. and barcode by giving unique serial number. You can manage multiple retail businesses and warehouses and instantly identify the location and check for availability of any product. You can send/receive stock transfer request between your warehouses in excel format.

You can allow your customers to reserve their seats or tables in advance just by selecting the table, date and entering the number of seats. You can view the status of the table i.e. whether it is occupied, reserved, or vacant on the go. You are relieved from reserving same table for more than one customer and can handle your reservation queue effectively. Your finances are maintained exactly through day book, bank book, accounting books for each and every entry that are made in HDPOS. All the finance and account details can be as usual closed at the end of the preset financial year and the year-end balance is carried forward to next year.

You can print the items list in customer orders as tokens in more than one kitchen printer as per your wish i.e. either at defined and/or preset destination irrespective order status. The tokens can also be printed for customer and at kitchen counter at the same time. You can also serve/deliver your customer from different counter/location. Recipes are combinations of items and its cost includes purchase cost of items and labor charge. It estimates a basic sales price based on the profit percentage and making charge which you can change accordingly.

HDPOS smart gives you the ability to handle party orders, process and accept advance payment, and complete the orders and accept remaining payment to complete a pending order or advance booking to sales invoice. The changes to any of the section in order can be tracked and advance booking can be viewed whenever you wish. Offers of many types like buy x and get y, discount on bill/items, manual discount facility, coupons and many more. You can mail or SMS the coupons to customers, and define offers for specific time as offers at happy hours to attract new customers.

HDPOS smart client-server installation version suits for the businesses having more than one client connected to single server on LAN. Cloud service version provides cloud service with two access points.
