Aura 8800 is a 3" high performance WiFi thermal receipt printer built by Posiflex technology private ltd with auto and additional manual cutters. It can print at a speed of about 220mm/sec with a high print resolution of about 8dots/mm, default 512-576 dots per line. The PP-8800 series has POSReady and Win 7compliance. The print method used is thermal sensitive line dot method, the paper feed method is friction auto feed, and the paper load method used is drop and use. It offers input buffer of about 6K Bytes. It provides you desktop or wall-mount solution for flexible deployment. The interfaces supported by Aura 8800 are USB (True USB / Virtual COM selectable), optional Serial, Parallel, LAN or Wireless interface module. It complies with UPOS 1.8 standards under Posiflex UPOS driver support. It has print length life span of about 100km and paper cutting life span of about 1 million or more.

It supports a guillotine type auto cutter for paper partial cut and a manual cut mechanism, and user’s company’s LOGO downloading for superior performance. It has three LED indicators for power, error and paper out options. It can be used to drive a separately purchased kitchen bell for offering reminder function to persons around in noisy environment. The 15 international character sets supported are Denmark I, Denmark II, Ex-Jugoslavia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latin America, Norway, Spain, Spain II, Sweden, UK, and USA. It generates a beeping sound as a response to paper end or paper near end signals. The maximum printing width can be 64mm (for 512dots/line)/72mm (for 576dots/line) and paper width can be 80mm.  It requires input voltage of about 100 V AC ~ 240 V AC and input frequency of about 50 ~ 60 Hz. It offers control over 2 cash drawers through 1 CR port, and also has the advantage of QR code and PDF417 printing support.
