Ability to print with two materials and two different colors. Third party material can be used.
Reduced print quality. Most of the processes need manual intervention. Very basic LCD control panel. No Wi-Fi option.
Sharebot NG is third generation 3D printer made in Italy and is available in two versions with single and dual extruders for printing with single and two colors and materials. It is developed with fused filament fabrication technology, and it incorporates extruder block with pressure adjustment on filament, bearings that recirculates the ball on all axes, performs z axis movement with trapezoidal screws and micro USB to update the firmware. The build plate size offered for you is 450*450*410 mm and the LCD display enables you control printer setting and manage print process with the control knob, provided the SD card must be inserted. The double extruder type enables you print with two different materials of same prototype.
You can use common CAD software or Slic3r to design, edit and generate your print files. The LCD display is very basic and the information displayed are the temperature of extruders, temperature of heated plate, position of the print, expected print speed, print job percentage, printing process time, and command line for specific situations. You must manually load and unload the filaments and make sure whether the insertion as per the instruction. The calibration process to make the macroscopic adjustment of floor with a sheet of paper that should be positioned between the floor and the extruder is manual. You need to use some blade to remove the completed print job and you must be careful in doing this without breaking or affecting the prototype structure.
The connectivity option you are offered with is SD card. It works well with PLA-S, ABS-HF, Nylforce 550, NylonCarbon, and TPU filaments.
